Strategic vision for the company

We help the business to define its ambition and set out its vision for the transformation project, both in the short-term and long-term. We identify the different project areas, determining how to substitute current practices with digital and picking out long-term projects to support the evolution of the business towards a more disruptive model.

Digital governance

Starting with a clear vision, we will support the business in determining a governance model which will enable them to carry out their strategy. An organisational skills audit will enable us to identify any missing resources, set out project areas and organise training plans.

Changing practices

We support the implementation of new digital governance and the autonomisation of marketing and PR teams on digital. We encourage changing practices by recommending tools, individual coaching and training.

Digital is not just a means, it’s also an end in itself, as it has a long-term impact on a business’s income model. Digital transformation is therefore also about vision, imagining how digital will impact our markets in the future.
